Insalata verde - mixed baby greens and tomatoes with an authentic Tuscan dressing
Insalata mista - Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, celery & pine nuts with a Balsamic vinaigrette
Minestrone - Tuscan farmhouse chunky bean vegetable soup
Passato di verdura - creamy green leafy vegetable soup served with homemade Tuscan bread croutons

Farfalle al pesto - bow tie pasta with a fresh basil pesto sauce
Pasta al forno - Tuscan lasagne (meat or meatless)
Penne or Spaghetti- Prepared with a choice of fish, meat, porcini mushroom or tomato sauce
Ravioli - homemade fresh pasta stuffed with either spinach & cheese or meat & cheese
Risotto ai funghi porcini - rice in a creamy porcini mushroom sauce
